5 times of the important event has occured in 1920' s period of the Russia construction and art. The first event, it was held in 1922 at Berlin with the name of 'The Russia Art Exhibition'. They were interchange the information, not only art but mostly ideological problem The second event, Russia artist and architects, they formed an organization of art and architect The organization started with the name of 'VKHUTEMAS' in the beginning of 1920' s period. It formed ASNOVA, INKHUK and OSA that made their individual art phenomena to concentrate. The third event, the Ginzburg's 'Style and Epoch' and formed OSA. The former is from construction objection of Russia. From here the Ginzburg approaches with the pure construction side. But 1925 he political, shows an interest in social problem and in subordinate attitude of the idea and against the society he is exchanged. As a result, this attitude bum become opposed to ASNOVA. The forth event, OSA has pssitive attitude regarding to international interchange. The constructivists are having interchange to solve the problem of Russia society volunteers. The constructivists are in the center of that condition. They want to open the Architecture Exhibition in their own country and make an Effect to the groups of Europe, at the same time they want to make international constructivism The fifth event, OSA revolves with initial configuration of constructivism art theory. Get late in this period that they got criticized from neoclassicist, they were able to make equal with their initial revolutionary ideal and the art. The integrated summit of Russia construction and art occurs from this point of time.
