As the construction project getting larger, since the construction production is very enormous and therefore becomes impossible in accurate prediction. It has high frequent variation of production. Moreover, increasing the company taking part in production makes continuous working slow. The insufficiency in schedule establishing and the lacking of the participant subject, makes delay of term of work due to the interference between operations, increase in the business expense due to the re-operation, and the fall in-off in quality in goods in construction business. Therefore the purpose of this study is the elimination of process interfering and prediction of re-producing sharing the common information in detail with construction participants. We're going to discuss about the method the way to predict the wasting element sharing the contents of detail process with participants through the carry out plans and, the way how to indicate the period in each kind of process and the assuming wasting elements in every part of the process.
