In order to reduce the carbon dioxide exhaust quantity and the energy amount and the waste which becomes the global warming primary reason recently, the most efficient method was focused on the sustainable building in structural field. The beam-column connections were able to disjoint to actualize the sustainable building. In case of typical connection the welded connections have good plastic deformation capacity, which made re-use of member impossible owing to damage of main member. On the other hand, it is true bolted connections was constructed easily. in order to improve seismic capacity, haunches mar be used with the seat angle in bolted connection, but which made re-use of members impossible owing to serious damages of main members such as beam and column. To solve above problem, new type connection was developed and tested. From the test results, new type connection was shown a good seismic performance. In addition, damages caused by heavy earthquakes were concentrated to replaceable elements, in other words, elasto-plastic hysteretic dampers, so that main members would be re-used and damaged part would be easy to repair.
