Today, modern architecture is being exposed by various aspect that can not explain by one tendency or ideology.
Architectures of various form that are tried by experimental architects can talk expression of architect individual's. but These contents are reflecting the times. Because architecture has special characteristics should express structurally that is different from other art. also, Architecture is vessel that fill person's life.
Shigeru Ban used by structural timber of construction, furniture material, a interior finish material using inexpensive materials. and essential point of project has complex function by single material.
This study analyzed instance of works that appear in Shigeru Ban's an experimental spirit with characteristics of place, materials, construction methods and content that is analyzed his architectural characteristics.
