It is not much to say that the history of the recent residing in Korea is the history of apartments. Building Apartments is the best solution to slove the housing problems. Also it gives a dream to many houseless people to get their houses.
However, nowdays many houseless people want a better residing form with humanity and quality. Because the age has changed and the economic is stabilized.
The goals of this study are to understand the feature of planning by investigating the case complex of differential plan about the apartment house accompanied by 1st floor. to look into the effect of differential plan by checking the preference for the differential plan and to make the plan for the apartment house attached to 1st floor agree with the living and demand of users by making an analysis of the actual conditions of use and the needs of improvement.
This study is based on the research of high-rise buildings(above 15 story) which are being built by Daegu Metropolitan city and its essential point is mainly focused on the underground floor adjacent to the surface of land as well as the first floor and second floor of the earth.
There for this study is going to examine into the apartment houses for pilotisㆍcommunity space which were constructed or are being built by Daegu Metropolitan city, not that the first floor part is a houseㆍshopping center.
