In the modern era Confucianism is collapsed with eastern penetration by western and is requested to reply by the own identity of the Confucianism. The general idea of the Confucianism is related closely with the evaluation method of the Western Culture.
Only with metaphysical logical confirmity, the expulsion of wickedness(衛正 斥邪) is more complicated and fine, because of the movement to fulfill of the Confucianism. Therby, Shin Gi Seon(申箕善) refused the activity of the Li(理) but seeked actual method to keep right morality(正德). His this idea is recognized by the logic of the DogiSangbun(道器相分),
The school of the expulsion of wickedness(衛正斥邪派) recognized Seogi(西 器) as the human needs but Shin Gi Seon(申箕善) thought as the right of that time to do as a wealthy country and powerful army. So his thought of YuhagGeyongwi(儒學經緯) is recognized ad the self change to fit and seek the method of the eastern penetration by western.
