To develop patterns of the functional and aesthetic bodice for late school aged girls who belong to the tween-generation, this study is selected a test pattern from 3 existing patterns through a preliminary wearing test, conducted wearing tests, and sensory evaluations three times to review and improve the pattern, and presented the pattern of late school aged girls.
This is the conclusion of the study.
Considering room for ease of movement of the research pattern and aesthetic respect, the research pattern was taken in the girth of garment B/2 +6㎝, the depth of the sleeves B/4, 0.5㎝ was receded from front width so that the line of the armholes of the sleeves ran naturally.
The back sag of shoulders is the same with the depth of back neck, the front sag of shoulders is apt for +1.5㎝ and necklines was lengthened by 0.3㎝ more from the side neck point at 20/B +2.5㎝.
Armhole dart had its 1㎝ margin dart, and the waist line was shorten by the alteration 1㎝ toward the middle, and the girth of a waist had W/4+2㎝(margin)+0.5㎝ front and back. The front sag is taken in 0.5㎝.
