After the national liberation in 1945, the concept of the nation was differently used in many aspects. If we acknowledge the thesis, the basic proposition of the nation, which we have tried to find out our lost identity after the national liberation, this thesis has a purpose to consider the question of "what is the nation". Through the literary works, the nation was rather formed by the national liberation. With the sudden liberation, the national identity was formed by national discourse which was the only solution for them to reflect their past.
As we saw the second section, people had started to embellish the action for the nation with building Man-ju up as the new space of liberation from Japan. "Is this action resonable enough?" is the main topic of the third section. Some people, who didn't have any clue about the liberation, had secured their property as they were born before the liberation and they had good skills for Korean language. The national identity is based on the blood relation. Ultimately, the thesis of blood relation has a weak point which is emotional standard, and the national identity formed by this emotional blood relation was blocked with the consanguinity as the negative point of foreigner.
In this point of view, Kim Man-sun's literatures, which has a self-reflection including the view of foreigner, have to be reconsidered as well as Lee Tae-Jun and Chae Man-sik are the writer who had strong self-reflection. Also the works of Kim Song, and Kim Man-sun should be focused on in the view of consideration of national identity, because they touched the life of Japanese and Chinese in Korea.
