The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaestrial magnetism in Sam-Yo' s traditional Korean houses in the Chungbuk province Sam-Yo, meaning "the Three Element of the Housesll elaborates on the oriental interrelations among the three parts, the Gate(門), the Pnnclpal Room(主) and the kitchen(調). As a results, when analyzing the living relations of Sam-Yo, It was found that Sam-Yo has an apphcation to the Yang-Tak theory of functional relationships. Seosatak(西四宅) was recorded above 10 the honzontal component(H) and the total field of Earth's fIeld, and Donsatak(東四宅) was recorded above 10 the vertical component(V) Also the magnetic test results are analyzed by the honzontal component(H) withm 295-307 in Gauss, the vertical component(V) withm 393-402 m Gauss and the total field withm 491-506 m Gauss of Earth's fwld 10 magnetic data.
