The Huangdi NeiJing(黃帝內經)(Heremafter referred to as "NeiJing"(內經) can be said as the bible of oriental medicines. The existing Neljing(內經) has 2 kinds of textbook, that is to say, there is "Huangdi Neijing Taisu"(黃帝內經太素) by Yang Shang Shan(楊上善) who was the person of Sui . Tang Country and "Buzha Huang야 Neijing Suwen"(補主黃帝內經素問) by Wang Bing(王氷) who was the person of Dang(唐) Country Suwen(素問) by Wang Bing(王氷) consists of 24 books and 81 series, and Wangbing particulary makes Importance of recuperation, and 2 series of Shanggutlanzhenlun(上古天眞論) and SiQidiaoshendalun(四氣周神大論) concerned to the recuperation were arranged in the beginning of No 1 Book The paragraph of cultivation of yang(陽) in Spnng & Summer and Ym(陰) in Autumn & Winter(春夏養陽ㆍ秋冬養陰) is No 2 Chapter of SiQidiaoshendalun(四氣周神大論) in Suwen. The mam contents of this series discuss the recuperation way of outer environment which says the change of four seasons and of pursuing the harmony of inner control in the mind and behavior way If the finmal paragraph of Shanggutianzhenlun(上古天眞論) which is the Chapter I is "The following of Yang and Yin" and "The cultivation of Yang in Spring & Summer and Yin in Autumn & Winter" can be said as the final paragraph of Siqidiaoshendalun(四氣周神大論) which is the Chapter II. After I analyse, study and generalize the scriptures and the comments of ancient oriental medicine doctors about the deep meanings of ruscussion, I would like to clanfy the opinions of writer on the eating of cold & hot and warm & cool(寒熱溫凉) food upon the four seasons in particular.
