Dr Rein bold Voll make a report of research m the 1970's that meridian is a electrical conductor, and location in body is nearly corre- spond with classical acupuncture points From that time doom to this day, difference of skill resistance is a general index of objectification for location of meridian points and meridian phenomenon In process of experiment with some meridian diagnosis/therapy system, these physical property of mend18n and stimulated current has a dominant direction and time dependent property to be ill. we, It examined for verify the midnight-noon ebb flow theory by measure to peak current value according to day and night time In this result, we find out the phenomenon that mend18n has a property of directional current between the proximal and distal parts on limbs, and It has different peak current corresponded with the 1a pse of time on mend18n points and non-meridian region. So It is able to suggest that the meridian has dominant direction of energy flow in body.
