The purpose of this study is to analyze the choice of the General Welfare Facilities for the Aged at the view of the
distribution of the users and to help to plan the welfare facilities. The number of users' residence is analyzed as compared with
factors of transportations and living conditions to find out the characteristics of facility and the distance of using. The 2903
registers in one year are reserved for analyzed and 233 persons also are surveyed in three facilities. The results of this study
are as follows; The distribution of using is following to political district and biased against to others. The average catchment
area of the facilities is 800m on feet and has diversity according to the transportations and living condition of users.
