The purpose of this study is inspecting of modular school by way of the Post Occupancy Evaluation and making a
guidance for practical usage of similar studies. It were used for objective study that research of established documents,
discoveries of evaluating sources by experts, investigating degrees of satisfaction through questionnaire and interviews. In results, blocking sounds and equipments such as heating and cooling were revealed to mark high degrees of satisfaction. Moreover new building is defined as one that is more modernistic, more simple and cleaner than old one.
