The purpose of this study is to propose the improvement of regulations through analyzing the regulations and design which is related a flowering plant facility design of balcony in apartment building. Actually, the elevation of balconies which are attached along the whole length of apartment buildings and environmental of outdoor space, is mainly observed by this regulations. To solve the uniformity in apartment buildings' elevation, the new act is legislated in July 2000, however, this act is not propriety applied but eventually expands the floor area ratio. Moreover, the contractors use this act to expand the floor area in respond to the customers.
In this situation, this paper propose the improvement method in a flowing plant facility of balcony. The balcony area will be included the floor area ratio, the regulation will contain the openness, the various form of the flowing plant facility will be developed and the effect of flowing plant facility will be analyzed to elevation of the apartment buildings.
