Traditionally in the automotive industry and until a recent date, tests were the verification method for development and acquisition of Engineering know-how. However, at the stage of early design, designers had no verification method for the Engineering design. so CAE has been necessary tool for designers. Because Designers as non- professional users for the CAE have difficulty in application of CAE tools, Manual Transmission CAE group (HMTCAE) have tried to develop our own integrated CAD/CAE methods and transfer to our staff members who are not familiar with CAE. Using these methods, Designers can improve the quality and reduced the time of experiments and tests. The concept of development by CAE and several examples will be reported.
