Content of Research in 1st year are to search and analyze the cases of JIT production technique which is common in other industries, the cases of lean production technique and the cases in the construction industry, and to analyze the work flows of procurement/ transportation/lift-up/storage through the practical field case and to research a plan for

Next, to develop the IT system using these outcomes of research, the information model of the materials and the prototype of internet logistics reflected by the model are developed, and the plan for real time management of logistics informations in the field on the web is suggested. The scopes of the research are from the production phase progressed in offline to the ordering, transporting, bring-in phases progressed on line of the phases of the building construction.
