Korea Modem Architecture is in need of the use modification and the repair of decrepitude for the maintenance. So, in the investigation of the korea modem Architecture, the original form and metamorphosis state must be clarified and architectural characteristic is a needs in accordance with this.
Salvation Army Building, among these Korea Modem Buildings, is authorized the 20th Seoul metropolis monument on 5, March, 2002 and repair is under construction in 2003.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning of Korea Modem Architecture throughout the analysis of architectural property and the certification of the state of original form and modification.
Study methode is to grasp the situation of that age, to gather documentary records and to explore a historic scene. On the base of actual measurement of this building, ratio analysis and architectural property is to be inquired.
