In the past, development of the campus facility was the growth of a campus within the country, but now it is necessary campus remodeling for a social, cultural and technical change. Throughout this case study of the current remodeling cases, it is examined the tendency and methods of theirs. Each case is classified by the causes of campus remodeling and mainly analyzed on its methods. The results of this study were as follows;
1) The specific causes of campus remodeling -academic and historic aspects- are highly occupied in campus remodeling besides general causes.
2) Antiquated campus buildings are remodeled for another use or adaptive reuse, the methods are divided according to academic plan and historic aspect of the buildings.
3) A small scale remodeling is needed for proper uses in remodeling campus facilities, especially highly being used for student center or library.
