The objective of this study is to develop the operation model of the double-skin facade for energy conservation and user comfort. This study proposes development process of the operation model in three steps. A case study is used to investigate the feasibility of the process. The G building in Kungkido is chosen.
The main contents of this study are as follows. 1) The operation objectives and standards are established. And the operation factors classified according to the objectives and standards. 2) Correlation of the operation factors are clarified. And Individual models. The operation model is essential to building which has the double-skin facade and logical operation would be improved by this model. For the practical application of this operation model, it will be needed to connect the building management system.
