Recently, in metropolice area, there is no more avaliable space
to construct buildings, which entails the construction of
high-rise buildings. On the side of construction engineering,
the construction management becomes more and more important.
Especially, in high-rise building construction, transportation
of construction material is the critical subject. Though there
have been efforts to systemize the management of transportation
of construction, seldom it has been applied to construction fields.
We aim to equip total plan on this part. But we are going to solve
the problem step by step. On any project, planning the details of
work cannot be ignored.
A slight ship on scheduling step may result in excessive loss. On
this article, we tried to present systematic and scientific ways
of selection and location of tower crane. We computerized the method
and compared with the reality of a few construction sites. Analysis
of this study shows that planning with just experience should be
supported by systematic methods.
