H shape steel beam(H-150x150x7x10) has been selected as a model
to examine the reliability and applicability of this theory and
investigate the torsional behavior of torsionally pin ended beams
in respect to the location and the number of longitudinal stiffeners.
When concentrated torque is applied to the center of the beams,
the best location for two stiffeners is in the vicinity of z/l =
1/6 which reduces the center peak stress.
In case of four stilffeners, z/l = 1/10 are the optimum locations,
in which z = the distance from the pined end.
