Fundamental natural frequencies and displacement vectors of the
rectangular plates with inner cutouts are determined by means of
two dimensional finite element method. The shape of element
adopted in the finite element analysis is the rectangualar element
having 3 degrees of freedom at each node.
Variation of first mode natural frequencies due to the change of
hole sizes or their locations are presented by Tables.
