The purpose of this study is to analyze both the static and the
dynamic effects with respect to wind load which takes place at
chimneys.
As tower like structure, all chimneys, as they are higher, should
be checked the structural matters and confirmed the safety by
reviewing the osillation occuring at the chimneys dud to the wind
and the earthquake.
after all, considering resonance by buffeting, it proves that
desirable structural design can be achieved by the dynamic
analysis for the upper parts of the chimneys and the static
analysis for lower parts respectively.
