This study has been carried out for the establishment of the construction Accident Information Analysis System. It is composed of classification system that make analysis items that can analyze the realistic relationships and causes of occuring accidents, the computerizing and the standardization of imformation possible. And with this as a basis, this study is to execute implementation of the Construction Accident Information Management System which produces information and countermeasures on accidents that occured in presently operating and identical work units through the Safety Network in order to carry out the safety management and the progress of work simultaneously. Using Bar Chart on safety networks of Construction Accident Information Management System made the application of Time Scale possible, and through this the Safety Time Management. The safety network could be altered promptly by the system's activity duration change function in case of activity duration shortening and delay. Also,the order of addition, deletion, and work unit could be altered on the safety network by system's safety work section update function. The Construction Accident Information Management System was created to change the accident mass, accident frequency, reform measure according to alternation of duration shortening, duration delay,additions in work units, deletions in work units, and work unit order, and so a prompt concentrated safety management according to the change of the work units was possible.
