The Purpose of this study is to clarify the variation characteristics of user behavior in the community recreation facilities according to spatial allocation. For this purpose we understand the relationship between user behavior and spatial Allocation of the facilities through the concept of choice and cognitive explanations of spatial behavior. And, for the evaluation of spatial allocation, we establish the concept of action space, which describe preference structure of spatial behavior and individual's subjective spatial struture of his objective spatial structure. Not only spatial allocation legibility, knowledge of activity function, familarity on the each room, and familarity on each major room of the survey facilities, but also the user attitude toward the using action for the facitities, are used for the evaluation of action space.
